Life’s hard when your not given a chance,
But I look to St. Joseph, as I grow to become a man/
They saying J that you can’t, come take a shot or two,
your household won’t mind, this the lifestyle that you choose/
So tell me what’s the use, if you go out to serve the youth,
if your making all these shots, but these shots are hurting you/
This the truth, I don’t mean to put you on blast for y’all to see,
it’s just, we really mean it, we live 100 percent free/
Cause they see everything from drinking to the drugs,
but we were taught to let them see, everything that God loves/
And thats us being examples, to be servants at His table,
I refuse to be the Cain, as our youth are seen as Abel/
That’s exactly what were doing, wheather the youth see it or not,
that when they look up to you, they see the sins you left up top/
We’ve all seen what it does, to be strangled down by sin,
It’s like pushing away His people, when we trying to let them in/
Don’t go/
In Everything
This weekend, I (Along side the rest of Pacific Region) was blessed with the opportunity of serving and attending Discovery Camp 2012.
I discovered a lot. How much more of a man I need to be, especially at this age. How hard it is to really live the life of a devout Catholic. How patient and honest I need to be with myself. But with that realization, came the love for my service. For my drive to keep serving our youth. That drive to achieve that permanent stay for God in everything I do.
It’s got to start.
Thank you for everyone who took our Creative Workshop.
As well as the Media team for holding the event down on the media side.
